💕 JLDS Consultation Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Jennifer Lynn Design Studio, I pour my heart into creating a supportive space for women stepping into their Soft CEO Era. To honor both your time and mine, here’s the simple and transparent policy for 1:1 consultation calls:

✨ Cancellation Policy

I totally understand that life happens!
If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation:

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you miss your session entirely (no-show), the session is considered used and is non-refundable.

✨ Refund Policy

Because 1:1 consultation slots are limited and reserved just for you:

  • All bookings are non-refundable.
  • You may reschedule your session once if you notify me 24+ hours in advance.
  • If I ever need to cancel for any reason (rare, but just in case!), you will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund—whichever you prefer.

✨ Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time so you can enjoy the full 30-minute experience.
If you’re late:

  • I’ll do my best to give you a full session, but your appointment may end at the originally scheduled time.
  • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late without communication may be treated as a no-show.

✨ Technical Issues

If tech gremlins show up (hey, it happens!):

  • If an issue on my end disrupts the call, we’ll reschedule at no cost to you.
  • If an issue on your end prevents the session from happening, it will follow the same rules as a cancellation/no-show.
