Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an onboarding questionnaire where you can upload your logo(s), brand colors, fonts, images, and website copy. Only applications that have their logo(s), brand colors, fonts, and images ready will be accepted.
We begin at 9:00am ET, and your refreshed Showit website is delivered ready-to-publish by 5pm ET — you’ll hit publish when ready. You’ll receive two revision rounds during the VIP Day to refine details in real time. After 5:00pm ET, the project is considered complete.
Two revision check-ins are included at 1:00pm ET and 4:00pm ET on your VIP Day. Final delivery is by 5:00pm ET. Additional changes outside these check-ins or after delivery are not included and require a separate booking.
This service does not include full copywriting, but I can absolutely help guide your content placement and structure. If needed, you can also add copywriting support or use placeholder copy while your content is finalized.
All VIP Day communication happens inside your HoneyBook client portal. This keeps everything organized and ensures nothing gets missed. Please do not DM or text—messages sent outside HoneyBook may not be seen in time and will not be answered.
You’ll receive two scheduled check-ins in HoneyBook:
1:00pm ET — first review + refinements
4:00pm ET — final review + finishing touches
Final delivery is by 5:00pm ET.
